The busy Holiday Baking Season is here and we look forward to helping you get through it! We strongly encourage you to order well in advance from when you need to help avoid longer processing and possible delivery delays due to shipping carriers. Priority and express mail are suggested during November and December. If you choose first class mail your order will take longer to be processed and delivered.

We can not guarantee any delivery time frame and may not be able to meet all deadlines listed on an order. Contact us before ordering if you are on a specific deadline. Once we ship your package it is out of our hands. Please order early and know we are working as quickly as we can to get your goodies shipped!

USPS Shipping has announced prices will be going up in December during peak holiday shipping weeks. To avoid higher shipping order early. 

What orders ship quick? Most orders without sprinkles, edible sugar toppers or fondant roses ship within 2-5 business days. Orders with any of those mentioned items may have a 3-7 business day processing time. Large orders with sprinkles and/or bulk sprinkles can have a 1-2+ week processing time depending on what is ordered and stock arrivals. Processing times are ESTIMATES ONLY and can fluctuate depending on our current order volume. During high volume times (during a sale or Nov + Dec holiday months) there may be extra processing time. We process as quickly as we can!

I emailed you but haven't heard back? Email inquiries may take a few days to be responded to. If you have not heard back within 3 days please send another email. Check your junk-spam folders as our replies can often get filtered there. We do not respond to inquiries on weekends, holidays or most Monday's.
    I picked faster shipping at checkout, will I get my order fast? That depends on a variety of factors. All orders have processing time before it is ready to ship. The estimated shipping times shown at checkout DO NOT include our current processing time and the days listed are not accurately stated by USPS (we can't change the time frames they show). Even if you upgrade your order to priority or express there will still be processing time before we're able to ship and what that time frame is varies depending on what is ordered. Anything weighing over 1lb has to ship priority mail in the US, it's not an upgraded order. Due to a higher number of packages being shipped through USPS we can not guarantee any time frames for delivery as some areas are still experiencing delays. If you are on a deadline we suggest contacting us BEFORE ordering to see if we can get things out in time.

    Will I receive an update on my order? After you order you receive and emailed receipt. Unless we have a question on your order the next time you will hear from us is when your order has been packed for shipping when you will be emailed a shipping confirmation containing your tracking #. Please check your junk-spam folder as they can often end up there.

      INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: USPS is not shipping to some countries at this time. If we can not get your shipping address accepted to print a shipping label we will contact you to let you know that your order will have to be canceled. We have no control and are not responsible if your country rejects your package due to the current pandemic situation. If for some reason a package is returned to us we will contact you. International shipments to some countries are still experiencing longer transit times. Once your package has shipped it is out of our hands.

        IF YOU'VE PLACED AN ORDER: Please make sure you check your junk-spam folder for your order confirmation and shipping notice. We're getting notes from customers stating they are not getting our emails. They may be blocked or filtered to your junk-spam folders due to your email settings. Please check there for them. If we respond to you and the email bounces back to us we have no way to contact you. Please enter your phone # at checkout as we can text a reply if we find this happens (for US customers). We will not call or share your phone #, it is just a back up way to reach you if you enter your email address wrong on your order or it bounces back due to your email spam filters.
