BAKERS PARTY SHOP UPDATE ON COVID-19

We are open + shipping but have longer processing times on some orders (orders with sprinkles or packed to order edible items). The important details below will hopefully answer most questions in regards to how our busy shop is functioning during the state of the pandemic. Check this page for our most current information as all updates will be made here. You are required to read this page before completing your purchase in our shop. Please take the time to read through it in its entirety. We're being as transparent as possible to help avoid disappointments or misunderstandings. April 2021 Update: Hooray, we're excited to share we have a new team member and are working hard on training + catching up on all backlogged orders! If you are still waiting for your order to ship please know we are working on it. ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION: We regret to say we will no longer be shipping to those countries in the EU as of December 28, 2020 due to new VAT regulations on packages shipping from overseas. We have heard from some international customers that you can look for companies that are freight forwarders here in the US so you can still order from us, we ship to them and then they ship to you.

GENERAL SHIPPING UPDATES: International orders are taking longer to be processed through customs causing delays. Please check the tracking #'s you are emailed and contact USPS for any shipping questions. We're not able to offer any more info on an order that has shipped other than what you see when you check your tracking. There will be no refunds offered for delayed shipments.

ORDERING INFO: We are not taking rush or expedited orders right now. Please don't assume when you think your order might ship. Processing time varies from a few days to a few weeks or more depending on what is ordered + where your order falls in the shipping queue. If on a deadline contact us BEFORE ordering so we can let you know if we can meet your deadline or not. If you leave a deadline date on your order without speaking to us first if the date can not be met we will cancel and refund your order.

SPRINKLE UPDATE + PROCESSING TIME: Many sprinkle listings are on hold saying "sold out" until we can catch up on orders already placed. If you're a regular customer needing sprinkles for your bakery - business please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order depending on what is needed and your deadline date. THERE MAY STILL BE 3-4 WEEKS+ FOR PROCESSING ON ORDERS WITH SPRINKLES AND EDIBLES THAT ARE PACKED TO ORDER UNTIL WE GET CAUGHT UP.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS + OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

What orders ship quick? Any order that does not contain sprinkles or edibles that are packed to order like edible sugar toppers and fondant roses ships pretty quick. General processing time can be a couple days for ready to ship items. Some even ship the next day!

I emailed you but haven't heard back? Email inquiries may take a few days to be responded to. If you have not heard back within 3 days please send another email. Check your junk-spam folders as our replies can often get filtered there. We do not respond to inquiries on weekends, holidays or most Monday's.
 

How long will it take you to process my order? At this time it varies depending on our current volume of orders + stock arrivals. Larger orders and/or orders with sprinkles or edibles will have longer processing times as they are packed to order and processed in batches. Orders without edible items and sprinkles can have an estimated 3-6 day processing time, but can fluctuate on our current volume of orders. We are in a transitional time with training a new hire and are working as quickly as we can.

    I thought I picked faster shipping at checkout, will I get my order fast? That depends on a variety of factors. All orders will have some processing time before it is ready to ship. Please keep in mind the estimated shipping times shown at checkout DO NOT include our current processing time and the days listed are not accurately stated by USPS (we can't change the time frames they show). Even if you upgrade your order to priority or express there will still be processing time before we're able to ship and what that time frame is varies depending on what is ordered. Anything weighing over 1lb has to ship priority mail in the US, it's not an upgraded order. Due to a higher number of packages being shipped through USPS we can not guarantee any time frames for delivery as they some areas are still experiencing delays. If you are on a deadline we suggest contacting us BEFORE ordering to see if we can meet your deadline. 

    Will I receive an update on my order? After you order you receive and emailed receipt. Unless we have a question on your order the next time you will hear from us is when your order has been packed for shipping when you will be emailed a shipping confirmation containing your tracking #. Please check your junk-spam folder as they can often end up there.

      INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: USPS is not shipping to some countries at this time. If we can not get your shipping address accepted to print a shipping label we will contact you to let you know that your order will have to be canceled. We have no control and are not responsible if your country rejects your package due to the current pandemic situation. If for some reason a package is returned to us we will contact you.

        IF YOU'VE PLACED AN ORDER: Please make sure you check your junk-spam folder for your order confirmation and shipping notice. We're getting many notes from customers stating they are not getting our emails. They may be blocked or filtered to your junk-spam folders due to your email settings so please check there for them. If we respond to you and the email bounces back to us we have no way to contact you. Please enter your phone # at checkout as we can text a reply if we find this happens (for US customers). We will not call or share your phone #, it is just a back up way to reach you if you enter your email address wrong on your order or it bounces back due to your email spam filters.
