We are open + shipping with longer processing times. The important details below will answer most questions in regards to how our busy shop is functioning during the state of the Covid-19 pandemic. Check this page for our most current information as all updates will be made here. You are required to read this page before completing your purchase in our shop. Please take the time to read through it in its entirety. We're being as transparent as possible to help avoid disappointments or misunderstandings. SEPTEMBER USPS UPDATE: USPS is currently having delays which may effect shipping times, especially on first class and priority mail. International orders are taking longer to be processed through customs and can also have delays. Please check the tracking #'s you are emailed and contact USPS for any shipping questions.
ORDERING INFO: We are not taking rush or expedited orders. Please don't assume when you think your order might ship. This shop processes a high volume of orders with one person currently fulfilling them. Processing time varies from a few days to a few weeks or more depending on what is ordered + where your order falls in the shipping queue. If on a deadline contact us BEFORE ordering so we can let you know if we can meet your deadline or not. If you leave a deadline date on your order without speaking to us first if the date can not be met we will cancel and refund your order.
SPRINKLE UPDATE: We are currently FULLY BOOKED for sprinkle orders for the moment. Many sprinkle listings are on hold saying "sold out" until I can catch up on orders already placed. If you're a regular customer needing sprinkles for your bakery - business please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order depending on what is needed and your deadline date.
UPDATES: After you order you receive and emailed receipt. Unless we have a question on your order the next time you will hear from us is when your order has been packed for shipping. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking #. Please check your junk-spam folder as they can often end up there.
KINDNESS MATTERS: This is a trying time. As a small business I am doing the best I can with what I have at the moment. If you send a harsh email inquiring on an order we reserve the right to cancel and refund it. Funds may take a few business days to post back to the account in which you paid.
