Happy spring! Below you will find our most important details that you should keep in mind when ordering.
Please keep in mind we have no control over shipping delays with our carriers. We can not guarantee any delivery time frame and may not be able to meet all deadlines you may list on an order. It is best to contact us before ordering if you are on a specific deadline. Once we ship your package it is out of our hands. Please order early.
What orders ship quick? Most orders without sprinkles, edible sugar toppers or fondant roses ship within 2-5 business days. Orders with any of those mentioned items may have a 3-7+ business day processing time. Large orders with sprinkles and/or bulk sprinkles can have a 1-2+ week processing time depending on what is ordered and stock arrivals. Processing times are ESTIMATES ONLY and can fluctuate depending on our current order volume. During high volume times there may be extra processing time. We process as quickly as we can.
Sprinkle Packaging Update: Due to supply chain issues, until further notice our 16oz jar size will come packaged in a zip top resealable bag. They are the same style bags that our bulk sprinkles come packaged in.
Will I receive an update on my order? After you order you receive and emailed receipt. Please check your spam-junk folder as they can get filtered there. Unless we have a question on your order you will not hear from us until your are emailed your shipping confirmation containing your tracking #. Again, please check your junk-spam folder as they can often end up there.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: USPS is not shipping to some countries at this time. If we can not get your shipping address accepted to print a shipping label we will contact you to let you know that your order will have to be canceled. We have no control and are not responsible if your country rejects your package due to the current pandemic situation. If for some reason a package is returned to us we will contact you. International shipments to some countries are still experiencing longer transit times. Once your package has shipped it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages.
