Use LorAnn Orange Bakery Emulsion to add the taste of fresh oranges to any recipe calling for extract or orange zest. This natural bakery emulsion is water-based so the flavor won't bake out in cookies, cakes and sweet breads. These add amazing flavor to frostings, candy fillings, custards and more! Use 1/2 teaspoon for every teaspoon of orange zest your recipe calls for to achieve the same flavor!

SUBSTITUTION: 1 teaspoon extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion

NOTE: Bakery Emulsions are not for use in chocolate and will cause it to seize due to the water-base. If you are looking to add flavors to chocolate or candy coatings use our flavoring oils.
