Use LorAnn Raspberry Flavor for making hard candies, chocolates, caramel popcorn, cookies and more. Flavoring oils can also be used in frosting in the place of traditional extracts. They are 3-4 times stronger than traditional water or alcohol based extracts, so this tiny bottle goes a long way! The flavoring oils are one of Esther's secret ingredients for her famous shortbread cookies, shhhh don't tell!

SIZE: 1 dram (.125 fl oz / 3.7ml)

SUBSTITUTION: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons flavor oil = 1 teaspoon extract

NOTE: LorAnn Raspberry Flavor is suitable for use in chocolate. Use 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon of the flavoring oil per pound.
