Use LorAnn Cinnamon Oil (spicy "hot") for making hard candies, chocolates, caramel popcorn, cookies and more. Flavoring oils can also be used in frosting in the place of traditional extracts. They are 3-4 times stronger than traditional water or alcohol based extracts, so this tiny bottle goes a long way! The flavoring oils are one of Esther's secret ingredients for her famous shortbread cookies, shhhh don't tell!

SUBSTITUTION: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons flavor oil = 1 teaspoon extract
NOTE: LorAnn Cinnamon Oil is suitable for use in chocolate but may cause some thickening. You can add liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to thin/smooth it out. Use 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon of the flavoring oil per pound.
