Use LorAnn Cream Cheese Bakery Emulsion to add a rich the rich flavor without the actual cream cheese! This bakery emulsion is water-based so the flavor won't bake out in cookies, cakes and sweet breads. These add amazing flavor to frostings, candy fillings, custards and more! This pairs nicely with the Red Velvet Bakery Emulsion if you are looking to create the classic flavor combination.

SUBSTITUTION: 1 teaspoon extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion

NOTE: Bakery Emulsions are not for use in chocolate and will cause it to seize due to the water-base. If you are looking to add flavors to chocolate or candy coatings use our flavoring oils.
