Use LorAnn Coffee Bakery Emulsion for any recipe calling for brewed coffee. This natural bakery emulsion is water-based so the flavor won't bake out in cookies, cakes and sweet breads. These add amazing flavor to frostings, candy fillings, custards and more! Use 1 teaspoon for every 1/2 cup of brewed coffee and increase other liquid by 1/2 cup to achieve the same flavor! You can also add a splash of the Coffee Bakery Emulsion to any chocolate recipe to enhance the chocolate flavor.

SUBSTITUTION: 1 teaspoon extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion

NOTE: Bakery Emulsions are not for use in chocolate and will cause it to seize due to the water-base. If you are looking to add flavors to chocolate or candy coatings use our flavoring oils.
