Bakers Party Shop carries LorAnn Coffee Bakery Emulsion that can be used for any recipe calling for coffee or coffee extract and get more flavorful results! It's perfect for adding a rich coffee taste to cakes, cookies, frostings & sweet breads. This natural bakery emulsion is water-based so the flavor won't bake out in cookies, cakes and sweet breads. These add amazing flavor to frostings, candy fillings, custards and more! Use 1 teaspoon for every 1/2 cup of brewed coffee and increase other liquid by 1/2 cup to achieve the same flavor!
