Use LorAnn Cinnamon Bakery Emulsion to add a lovely cinnamon spice flavor to your fall quickbreads, cakes and cookies. This natural bakery emulsion is water-based so the flavor won't bake out in cookies, cakes and sweet breads like an extract will. These add amazing flavor to frostings, candy fillings, custards and more!

SUBSTITUTION: 1 teaspoon extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion

NOTE: Bakery Emulsions are not for use in chocolate and will cause it to seize due to the water-base. If you are looking to add flavors to chocolate or candy coatings use our flavoring oils.
